Re: Champions League 2022/23 | Group A
Decent teams with good European pedigree, they pose a good challenge and are not too easy either. No long travels as well either considering the fixture congestion and most of these team are ball playing teams (idk about Napoli after the current exodus), making the fixtures more exciting.
I am quite happy with this, we should be making it through easily.

Alisson with a huge save. Probably should have gone Zielinski again

Osimhen with a post and a penalty saved within 20 minutes.
On one hand his movement and control in both occasions were great, on the other in CL he needs to take his chances.

Again Napoli should have scored. Osimhen giving a goal to Kvara. 1-0 in a match that would normally be 3-0, risky.

Trent is below average defensively...in his last couple of games I've seen him get violated by Vinicius, Sancho and now Kvara.

Was that ever in doubt though? He was always praised for his assists, defensively never much to brag about

Lot of Pool fans say that defensively he is underrated/solid/much improved.
He is still as bad as he was in 2018.

We should but Kvaradona has not even been the best player tonight. As he great as he has been, Anguissa is absolutely dominating Liverpool.
Anguissa appreciation thread needed.

Re: Champions League 2022/23 | Group A
First goal - Shit Hand out block from the 7th choice midfielder
Second penalty - Would not be given in PL, but was a foul, glad he missed
Second goal - 4th choice CB sleeping, can't even mark space let alone a man
Third goal - Trent getting rinsed nothing new, we count a goal on that every game tbf, 4th choice CB getting rinsed after that zzz
4th Goal - Just a counter, easy tap in on the follow up, happens a lot
Not worried, will still top the group, Liverpool FC starters came on as a sub in the second half.

Liverpool
Klopp's midfield transition has not been so smooth so far. As always, Liverpool going cheap with their solutions for the obvious problems. Midfield is not providing any protection whatsoever to CBs/FBs, neither they are able to offer any creativity. I have never seen in Klopps era the CBs getting exposed to difficult situations again and again as much as in last few games.

Helmet, I have always been anti Gomez since like 2018, putting a Gomez Trent Elliot (19 yo winger) Salah side against Napoli away in a CL, it does not help anyone. At the very least it has to be Matip Trent Hendo Salah to cover that side while being the best triangle for attacks.

Bismillahir Rahmanir Rahim.
Assalamu'alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh to Muslim.
Good day to Others.
I'd rather talk about Napoli
than Liverpool.
https://www.google.com/search?q=champion+sl...c1q0;dt;fp;1;;;
4 goals from 9 shots on target.
With only 38% possession.
Well done, Napoli.

Re: Champions League 2022/23 | Group A
Actually having watched the Ajax Rangers game, I think Ajax will smash us too if we play Elliot and Gomez on Trent's side, actually in general they will play all over us if Thiago Fab cannot control the game. No one has made a Kudus thread till now but I will be first person to let you all know, he is the next big thing from Dutch football.

My Kudus prediction was right but we managed to win with the players who did not start that Napoli game. Easy.
