WHICH TWO TEAM WILL PROGRESS ?
Re: Champions League 2021/22 | Group A
Brygge will go lights out next half, they can't keep pressing like this 90 minutes.

As usual on the right but drifting inward often. Especially the case now that he has Hakimi flying up past him all like prime Alve 2.0
Clearly still gelling with his teammates, a few intercepted passes, but he also is good, hitting the bar.
Mbappe and Neymar often switching positions as well taking turns on the left.
PSG seem to have a lot of issues though... that MF doesnt work.

Re: Champions League 2021/22 | Group A
Verratti is the only one with any creativity or ability to break lines for PSG. Without him, the midfield is toothless.
I will repeat that I feel Paredes just isn't good enough. He's nowhere the level that a team like PSG needs. Not a bad player... but not on this team. Seen enough of him to know what he can and can't do.

Why is that the case though Sport? After so many years u would expect PSG with so much money and know how now they would actually get good enough MFs, and also CBs I guess it was harder to attract top talent to Ligue 1, but still...

The passing of some of these PSG players are comical.

Messi dropping third lowest player and pinning pass to Neymar. That's the state of PSG MF

They really haven't spend any money to speak of for 3 years. I know everyone likes to talk... but since spending big on Mbappe, Neymar and Di Maria, the most they spent was on Icardi, Paredes and Danilo Perreira. The big transfer fee this summer was Hakimi.
Very littly money spent on transfer fees. Most of the top recent names were either free or not expensive (like Navas). CMs are very expensive.
They were going to get Pogba before Messi became available. They finally had some room after a couple of years of being cheap.

Thats fair enough, I guess they do go by the rules And it does take that long as a result to build up an elite team... strange though next year if Mbappe goes for free they gonna have to splash out again for a goal scorer again...

This Mendes LB looks very good? Bruges are tiring badly though...
Messi seems to need to physically train up But he should be there in a game or two.

Re: Champions League 2021/22 | Group A
Just goes to show stars dont make a team... lots of work to do for PSG... and Poch needs to prove himself, not convincing at all his PSG time, failed to win the league and now this showing lol?
Mbappe went out, but still, it showed the problems PSG have. All of a sudden they feel pretty far from being the CL favourites
