All didn’t play because of COVID protocols, Tatum I believe is positive case. F me sideways. DeRozen is also off as his father has been ill so he’s been out the last 3 games.

You missed 7 games so far, I missed 5.

But you had better players miss out, for me it's Sexton, Rose, Carter and Hachimura.

Worst Fantasy season ever. I constantly have 5 players out, I can‘t tell if my team is unlucky or just plain sucks.

I think it's the same for all of us. The covid protocols are too much, Seth Curry was positive and fuckes up like 5 teams

I just don't like how depleted the waiver wire is, used to be possible to strike gold, now it's just garbage, probably due to 12 player teams.

I'd love to know are the Rockets going to increase Cousins' minutes, I need to find one player to drop by next week when my injury-listers come back.

All the Harden/Durant/Kyrie owners probably aren't too happy now. Also Jarret Allen and Drummond owners... As well as Nance That guy finally got rolling... Not a great trade for most.

But whoever here owns Oladipo and LeVert can probably be happy. Also Wall and Boogie... And whoever picked up Jordan and Gordon

I have Drummond and I'm worried. He's a free agent after this season and Cleveland obviously aren't going to offer him a contract since they got Allen. They have no reason to play Drummond ahead of Allen.

meh KD is mister efficient and still the best player on that team.. we'll see how much Harden changes the dynamic of that team

Nance should be fine. He's a hybrid PF/Wing, his minutes will remain the same i presume.

Durant is a professional, should not be a problem, would not be surprising if he maintain similar offensive stats and improve the defensive ones. He integrated well with Warriors right ?

Assuming egos are put aside and no extra-sportive problems occur, Irving and Harden could neutralize each other a bit, but CBucks owns both, for him the sum of all stats will remain more or less the same.

Post ACL Durant, fat Harden and mad Kyrie.

all the missing players are annoying though, im not too keen on dropping my current players

Yeah this season is pretty insane injury wise. Nurkic broke his wrist now. Not sure whether to drop any of my injured players or just say fuck it at this point and take L's until they're back, knowing that others have injuries too.

Kyrie and Nurk are too valuable to drop so I'd have to drop Love/Derrick White, who are both potentially very decent to good fantasy players, I'd hate to see them get snapped up by someone who is probably already doing well because of their relative lack of injuries

Your best bet is to offer a trade to someone with free IL spots or sit tight

Players aren’t disciplined enough. Can’t believe nfl teams of 50-60 players plus coaches did so well and nba players with 12-14 guys are moving like this

^^could it have something to do with the testing/rate of testing, and the contact tracing protocols? the NBA's testing/protocols seem more rigorous and constant to me.. maybe im wrong. It just doesn't make sense how now all of sudden the cases (contact tracing included) are skyrocketing, when NFL has been chill minus a few incidents here and there, and even the NBA got off to an uninterrupted start the first two weeks


As for Love and White beta players. Love's numbers get worse by the year, as well as his importance to that non-contending Cavs team, don't be surprised if he sits out entirely in such a tumultuous season.

Then it's all about shoveling the shit forward until situation gets better. Day-to-day management if you got time. That's what i did large part of last season and it somehow worked. But the waivers were less depleted as right now and we could make 10 moves a week

Ah yes, EG's world, where his trash is better than everyone else's trash, and your players are all trash.

Derrick White could easily be a top 75 player in fantasy and Love has been 5/6th round value the last couple seasons. Neither of them are amazing but they're both good players who could walk into any team.

Too much can go wrong and too fast from only a few indiscretions

NFL teams also have way, way less traveling. They play 16 games. NBA is probably approaching 16 games in like a week here and it started around Christmas. NBA players are also consistently closer to each other while playing, and have smaller rosters. It only take a couple players + protocols to force a team to postpone, whereas NFL has 60+ players on a team iirc.

There's a lot of factors involved. I'm not sure that I buy that NBA players are less disciplined. I think it's absolutely possible that that's true, but it feels reductionist to pin it all on that hypothesis.

Training is separated by position. Raiders whole starting O-Line was missing at some point, Broncos lost all 3 QBs to Covid and had a wide receiver do the job. Ravens vs Steelers was postponed like 5 times.

Bums like Harden, Irving give such a bad rep to the league

NFL teams lost draft picks for not following protocols.

NBA fines players less than if they were to miss one game.

Can’t believe I actually respect NFL more than NBA right now.
