Donnarumma got a fingertip to it. Incredible save.

Donnarumma motm, him and Romagnoli kept Milan in the game.
Frustrating that we couldn't score. 26 shots, 13 corners and a penalty missed.
Better than expected from the team after this restart, but very weak game from Ronaldo and Pjanic

Re: Calcio Saga 19/20
Inter dominated Napoli's midfield but couldn't break through, and was vulnerable to Napoli's counters. Ospina gifted Inter their goal, then proceeded to make great saves and start the counter for Napoli's goal.
Erikssen was good, one of Inter's best, together with Candreva. Lautaro was the worst, continues to disappoint. Maybe the lack of fitness, maybe the lack of commitment to Inter.
Insigne and Mertens did it again, Insigne set up the goal and Mertens became Napoli's all time scorer.
Juve-Napoli final on wednesday
I would have preferred to play Inter since Napoli's defense and counter system works very well against big teams. Inter is more proactive and that we can handle more easily.

This is total domination over Napoli, they havent even had a shot besides a free kick. Only 30 minutes but its already puzzling that we havent scored. Hope we break through soon and avoid one of their usual wins by a quick counter.

That went downhill fast. Bad second half as with Milan and now Dybala and Danilo screwed the penalties.

indeed ; seems like Rangnick is going to be both coach and taking sporting director affairs ! exciting times ! and been really linked with legit exciting young players due to his arrival
also Pierre Kalulu completed his medical and will start training with first team - great signing and absolutely pleased that we are not going to see anymore conti / calabria fiasco.

i saw napoli juve highlights, and juve milan highlights too , yet to see inter napoli but feels like players doesnt matter which clubs, clearly are playing with not so good fitness ...
its either that or its been so long watching football that not feeling the same level of energy in games as before

Re: Calcio Saga 19/20
Everyone lost form basically. Ronaldo was breaking records of matches scoring in a row pre covid and now he was our worst player. Douglas a bit better but not explosive anymore, which is his whole game. Dybala definitely the best attacking player yet still far from where he was.
Both of our matches ended 0-0, it's not a coincidence, players are out of form and struggling to break through in attack. The extra bit of speed needed to break deep defenses is missing after the first 45 minutes.
In both cases there was a great first 45 and then a sharp dive for the second half.
Hope they can recover form (comparatively) for the scudetto. Higuain and Ramsey need to get fit, we need them.

Re: Calcio Saga 19/20
Gattuso was a good coach for us.
Our fans just have a developed habit of blaming the manager above all and this has been the case since Ancelotti left.
Despite the case our general management has been utter shit along with poorly bought players and no development or plan umbrella over them.
Fully deserved by Napoli.
Just hope Rino can evolve upon the team but what he is doing suits their players.
Sarri on the other hand aint going to cut it in Juve and anyone saying otherwise is in denial.

Glad to see Napoli actually win something finally, and Gattuso wtf lol.
Glad also to see Ronaldo suffering begins Hopefully other teams can catch Juve for a change, if not this season, the next.

I can't stand him but he does know what he's doing...
But the main question is, will he be able to do his own squad planning and transfers?
If so, pretty interesting move and I see him getting Milan back in top 4 in the medium term. If not, there's going to be more trouble than success. He will want full control.

- that is the main condition Rangnick put on Elliot in which looks like terms have been agreed on. In fact Rangnick is approved to bring his own staffs - one was scott michell whom he used to work with in RB Leipzig but he went to Monaco.
Yes i also feeel positive vibe about this, terms of him joining is a 3 year deal which is media is reporting at this time. Milan has denied any meeting taking place but many reliable source say that is because milan wants to finish season before announcing any changes.

yea i felt like in recent games players are doing one touch too many, and just chasing balls... or some awkward shoots or runs lol
yea like good example was Dybala like u said, his shooting was way off targets ; our players had those moments too or just i dont know just feels they are not playing to their level they need.

yep i was one of them XD i was sort of highly critical of gattuso likelyhood of loosing dressing room due to his own methodologies and players not buying it.
or how he could make team less technical but more of a workhorse ...
surely it has worked well for Napoli....
Milan atm is no comment atm ... this was well discussed matter but apparently if gattuso stayed maldini would have left, apparently there was some friction between the two on sporting matters

Re: Calcio Saga 19/20
I sincerely hope the latter is not true given how they have been legends beside each other for so long.
Gattuso's problem is he failed to adapt to further problems and like on the pitch at times, let the stress get to him. He needed to evolve with our poor squad at Milan but managers do grow and the more personal environment at Napoli will suit him. It also will be the litmus test to whether he can adapt to new challenges when in the low times.

This was during 4th defeats in 6th game during giampaolo's tenure and how gattuso was linked back to milan return ...
"...Gennaro Gattuso is ready to return to AC Milan but on one condition. The offer must come directly from Elliot and Paolo Maldini should leave the scene - per Corriere dello Sport
gattuso wanted to bring few players of his choiceand keep bakayoko amongst things that maldini also didnt agree upon is what i read in few other sources
like i said a while ago also but these things could happen amongst team mates who were great friends for long and then suddenly when under different positions they could have different viewpoints ...
maldini had problem with gattuso, also had arguments with boban too - i mean one believes in his own conviction more than other that he is absolutely right and couldnt go wrong
