Scandinavians are so good at English probably better then at their own tongues. Listening to Freddy talk is like driving a Porsche as opposed to Emery which is like riding on a rusty unicycle.

Although I do think the Nordic people are better at English, on average, than the Mediterranean, it's worth noting that Freddy played for over 10 years in English speaking countries.

Yeah definitely better than Poles. I know some Polish people who lived in UK for 10 years and still can't put one sentence together.

It's not even about the lack of vocabulary but the pronouncation is so bad it hurts your ears.

I know from experience, the way I speak in polish is such "blablabla" much softer and with less stress on the suffixes and in general, i.e. in English you have to clearly pronounce "-ed" in played, stayed (to differentiate between past and present) etc whereas in Polish i would start clearly saying 'play' and '-ed' would be barely hearable, that's my inclination in speech because it doesn't matter in Polish.  And its a general issue not only with suffixes.

There are some other sounds which Poles struggle with terribly such as "th" etc. You can immediately spot they're a foreigner. German, Norwegian, Swedish are much closer to English in terms of pronounciation. Polish is almost the exact opposite., and admittedly Spanish too.

Gazzaniga with a bit of a clanger to let Rashford score. When is Lloris supposed to be back?

Liverpool make five changes for this evening’s Merseyside derby with Everton at Anfield.

Xherdan Shaqiri and Divock Origi come into attack alongside Sadio Mane, with Mohamed Salah and Roberto Firmino on the bench.

Elsewhere, James Milner and Adam Lallana join Georginio Wijnaldum in midfield and Adrian replaces the suspended Alisson Becker in goal.

Liverpool: Adrian, Alexander-Arnold, Lovren, Van Dijk, Robertson, Wijnaldum, Milner, Lallana, Shaqiri, Mane, Origi.

Subs: Kelleher, Keita, Firmino, Salah, Gomez, Henderson, Oxlade-Chamberlain.

what the hell kind of team is that from klopp pale

We clown Rashford a lot but he has 8 goals and 4 assists so far in an unimpressive team.

He's taking quite some time to come back given that he's absolutely fine and uninjured @RealGunner

GK will be unhappy he didn't save that and probably would normally, but the culprit for the goal is Sanchez

On the whole, Spurs are terrible. Who would have thought. People seem to have forgotten how justifiedly Mourinho was sacked at United.

He deserves the criticism. He never did anything to deserve the massive pay bump that he received recently, and in terms of performance, I think we’ve seen enough of him to establish his shortcomings. With all of the responsibility that has been put on him to score this season, due to injuries to the squad and whatnot, I don’t think those stats are particularly impressive. Martial is a more reliable goalscorer, and even he leaves a lot to be desired, most of the time.

Best performance of the season so far. Wrecking Spurs. But then again, its understandable as these fkers were always expected to raise their game against Mourinho.

Lmao it's incredible how it's so irrilevant VAR  in Premier
Clear pen for Leicester, VAR controls, VAR confirms ref's decision
Basically it can change refs' decision in Premier League just for murder case

What I wonder is, one an evening where there's both Man United Spurs AND the Merseyside derby, why are you watching Leicester Watford?
