At a games disadvantage the strategy was to win turnovers, both percents, and then blocks and 3's which are my strong points.

At the end of the day, my team shit the bed HARD on blocks, although a couple big men ended up not playing and a couple more played very limited minutes which didn't help, and your fg% game was too good. I was recovering from a horrid horrid first day % wise and I'm actually proud my team climbed back up to .488, but I was never going to beat an absurd .522

Happy to finish 2nd overall in my first year and glad you guys asked me to participate

I needed that trophy to justify to my wife what have I been doing all this time.

Wouldn't have won anyway though due to fg%, still can't believe how bad my team was at blocks last week tho relative to usual

The league should be shorter.

Half of my players were either being rested or playing reduced minutes, the playoffs are just a complete lottery.

Also my numpties got fucked by deadline trades, really killed like 5 of my important players.

Seems more interesting with 10 to me, with 8 maybe we could all have star luneups, I liked how we relied on numpties.

But it also sucks when someone just stops playing.

I agree but it practically was 8 last season anyway, I'd take 8 active players over 10 with a couple of inactives any day of the week.

I would rather 10 but if it's not possible i don't have a problem moving it to 8.

@urbaNRootz will you join and stay active throughout the season. We will then just need to find one more somewhere lol, someone recruit an NBA fan to GL

10 will be more fun, forces you to really analyse more and work with the undrafted players more throughout the season.

I explained this already by we didn't play 10 last season anyway lol.

2 of them were inactive for most of the season, it might as well have been 8 anyway.

Yea Mole, but in terms of the draft, 10 stretches our options out and makes the game more deep and fun.
I don't think we are disagreeing that 8 will be totally bad.

Draft and trades are more interesting with 10 players, I mean most of my trading activity during the season was switching the fringe players around. If we are at 9 we should really try to get the 10th.

Yes but my point was we had 8 players all last season anyway.

2 in actives meant we had two teams which were dead and we couldn't trade with them.

Starting with 8 teams is better than 10 with two inactives.

Sports had Giannis

Nick had Davis and John Collins

The rest were average players, it could work with 8 players but our teams will be stronger overall. 10 would be the best since it allows people to be inactive for a while without having much effects on the standings.

That isn't the point lol, the point is they weren't active so we couldn't trade with them and they weren't involved.

Besides they had players which were completely unavailable while not actually playing.

We had 8 players last season post draft, i would much rather have everyone active and interested than 10 players and people not bothering and 30 NBA players which you can't actually deal with.

I dunno why ya'll are struggling to understand this so much.

They only went inactive when they lost all chances at playoffs though.

I almost convinced a very drunk Nick to give me a great trade, unfortunately he was bragging about how he got some guy from LA or something to pay for his drinks all night and I had to tell him he was a bitch, and he backed out.

Diplomacy was never my strong suit.
