Doesn't really matter, they were going to win 3 or 4-0 anyway.
It's all really irrelevant when the game was over when the fixture list was handed out in the Summer.

Very impressed with Pool's only 7 goals conceded this season. No doubt VVD and Allison are the best players in their position atm.

Spurs mounting a serious challenge.
As annoying as the South of England circle jerk there is to the team I much prefer the far more respectable club to win than over the excruciatingly annoying Man City (or I'm just bitter).
Llorente needs to win the PL for them.

Arsenal drew too. Seems like every team is doing their best to make sure Liverpool win the title this time around.

Not exactly, two games doesn't count much. We have still more points, more goals scored, less goals conceded and unbeaten in the league.
Maybe later you will be better than us but not right now.

Seems Poch really wants the United job. Back to back big wins for Ole and Poch has gone on and bettered both of them, that too against much better oppositions.
Jokes aside, if Poch can run Pool and city close this season and actually do some challenging, I can't see him coming to us at all. Even Levy will be willing to throw cash next summer to boost their squad.

The thing is Liverpool never start strong and always finish strong. While Spurs always start strong and fizzle out. While City even after fucking up consistently win the league at the end of the day.
Lets see how Spurs play once Son is gone and its around January. I still think its City's title. Liverpool's inexperience will show and i hope to god its not enough to put us down.

Re: 2018/2019 Premier League Discussion Part III
You are playing City in just over a week's time, when it is perhaps the best time to play them. They somehow look devoid of ideas right now. Win that and it will open up a 9 point gap between the two, something which I can't see you slipping up having played the way you have this season.
One thing I see that will work in favour even when the eventual slump comes (if it comes that is), is that unlike in the past, Livpool has decent enough depth, to pull you through. City for all their filthy rich attack, is one Fernandinho injury away (which they are experiencing right now) from scrapping barrels and fielding dross.
