I remember they 've always been a talented NT, since Nedved ,Rosicky, Poborsky , Smicer years , Euro 96, Euro 2004 etc

But they are dead after WC 2006.

I mean, if you take  away Cech,  who was the best Czech player in last 15 years ?

I think many Euro teams are quite meh right now. Belgium and France are impressive on paper and that's it.

For example, I see that the Swiss are 8th in FIFA rankings and they're bang average. Not a single exciting player in their team.
