Llorente good going lad keep it simple and keep the ball moving, don't mind him rotating with casemiro no more extra dribbler stuff, the attacking play is all over the place still but that will sort itself hopefully vini needs to progress a bit quicker LV don't know what going on in his head anymore, anyway good win need to build on this Solari needs to stick to his guns don't let the Spanish media bully him over isco/asensio again.

We defended much better without Modric, I am afriad to say he is done for at the top level. Maybe he could survuve a couple of seasons fot a possession based team but in a team like ours where you have to run he just cant anymore

Lucky not to be down by at least 1 goal in the first half, and I thought we were lucky again not to concede in the second. I mean is this the bar for a good half? I thought we were still pretty poor and only marginally better than Roma overall if at all.

Modric is not done he is in terrible shape physically. Give him one summer of 0 football and when he plays for Inter next year he will look much better

We were comfortable in the second half. We still could've conceded because certain players still can't shake off their purple patch mainly Modric and Varane. Alot of unforced errors but don't forget that we were playing away from home. We can't be perfect every game. The second balf was a typical RM performance imo. Still some things to shake off and we'll start seeing brighter days

That Valverde looks so comfortable on the ball .

I'd love to see a midfield of Kroos-Llorente-Ceballos, even Casemiro in for Llorente would be great. We are blessed in midfield, Solari just needs to be brave to drop Modric

Kroos has been poor. his passes used to be much better.

I'll blame on us dragging on with this midfield that should've had it's funeral already. Everytime he's played besides players with more energy he defends much better, maybe because he doesn't need to cover that much ground. He still averages >90% on passes so there's no problem there for me
