As things stand
If the result stays this way, Argentina can still control their own fate
Beat Nigeria 3-0 and they go through. Dont see Iceland beating Croatia by more than 1 goal.
Don't have to just beat Nigeria? assuming Croatia wins ofc.
Not that it matters anyway unless they improve drastically.
In a scenario where Iceland wins....
They just have to hope Iceland dont beat Croatia by more than 1 goal. (which is very very unlikely IMO)
If Argentina score 3 goals or more against Nigeria, they're virtually through.
At this point i'd be surprised if they score one goal

Please to God Jorge, play Banega, Biglia and Di Maria trio in midfield or with Mascherano as DM. We can beat these coconut eaters.

If i were Argentina I wouldnt be hoping for Croatia to do me a favor
They need to go out there with a positive intent against Nigeria and try and score as many goals as possible regardless of what happens in the Iceland game

Argentina-Nigeria should be a good game, both teams can't defend for their life and Argentina needs goals.

Amazing opportunity for Argentina. Sampaoli needs to get his head out of his ass and make the most of it. Go back to basics. There is NO need to make Messi an one man team. Start a team and don't base the entire match on whether messi gets the ball or not.
This team will 100% win against Nigeria.

Nah i've given up tbh, Messi's chance was 4 years ago. This time and how he's used just makes everyone look utter shite.
Even if they somehow get past Nigeria i don't see them doing anything.

There's the miserable, hipster, pessimistic mole I love
Not the robotic, neutral mole I am indifferent towards
Argentina to advance, give me a one week avatar bet someone

Full credit to Nigeria today. Made a mockery of Iceland's infamous defensive resilience. Musa with one of the best performances in the WC so far.

Should be docked 25% for such blatant disregard of geographical location of certain fruits imo.

Racist piece of bleep I get you've got the short one but no need to go out of your way and make it public.
Great Leader Sprucenuce wrote:Nothing wrong with coconut tbh.
The malicious intent behind it is the problem.
On Topic:
I hope Argentinian NT shows up. Not for Messi, but for the footballing nation called Argentina.
