Over two legs, Juventus has always been the favorite. I might've been more optimistic had it been a one-legged tie, but sadly it's not the case.

I'm actually being serious.

We play without Pjanic in the first leg too, so that means Khedira and Matuidi against a midfield including Modric and Kroos ffs

I do see the first match is in Madrid so this could be salvageable if we can escape with a draw or a 1 goal loss

But Real Madrid is a top, top team and arguably the top team in this competition and has been for the last several seasons

60/40 for Madrid to advance. Ya'll have nothing to play for but this

Fair enough, i asked for a prestige match-up and that's what we get. Now let's see what this Juve squad is truly made of.

Wasn't a fan of the final two years ago but Juventus don't have to carry Pogba this time round so yeah you might have a point.

Swear if Madrid find a way to get dominated by a Pjanic-less midfield (to which I still do not rate) in the first leg, I'm banning Nick from this forum.

Other than that, easy tie for Madrid tbh.

Real Madrid have been eliminated in all their four two-legged UCL ties against Juventus, the last in 2015.

My little breakdown:

I actually do not think this matters as much as people think. Records like this are made to be broken after all

Match up wise, I'm certain we can challenge their defence and I'm sure Real will score in both matches against us

We'll be missing Benatia and Pjanic in the first leg, both starters and both big misses- more so Pjanic.

With that being said, I hope we see Marchisio in a match like this- the alternative would be a double pivot of Khedira and Matuidi, or else seeing Sturaro/Bentancur make up a 3-man midfield

In attack, I believe Cuadrado will still be unfit, and depending on future scans, Bernardeschi may be out for the season

We play Milan just before the first leg, which is the toughest match we'll play among both legs

Backing Madrid and Kommander all the way as usual.

Easily Juve.

Yes , I think Real have never knocked out Juve in '180 , "just" in single match

1997, 2003, 2005, 2015.. Juve always got it

So they will get it again.

It will be a great tie as always. Sucks that the second leg is away. I trust in the team to do everything possible to pull it off

First leg being at home has worked for us more often than not.
