Who will win?
Manchester United (2) vs Liverpool (1)
Pretty big match for a few reasons, not least GL bragging rights. If United win, we probably finish the season in second, any other result and Liverpool are in pole position for the coveted second place trophy.
Liverpool are in terrific form currently are are undefeated since losing to the mighty West Brom and Swansea back to back 6 weeks ago. They're coming off an emphatic 0-0 draw in the CL with Porto while United, although grinding out results lately are playing terribly and got beaten by Mulecastle just a month ago.
Last 5 meetings (credit Ratcafe)
Manchester United 0—0 Liverpool
Manchester United 1—1 Liverpool
Liverpool 0—1 Manchester United
Manchester United 3—1 Liverpool
Liverpool 1—2 Manchester United
Predicted line-ups
Man United starting XI: De Gea, Valencia, Smalling, Bailly, Shaw, Matic, Fellaini, Mata, Lingard, Lukaku, Sanchez
Liverpool starting XI: Karius, Alexander-Arnold, Lovren, Van Dijk, Robertson, Milner, Henderson, Can, Salah, Firmino, Mane
Predictions? I know most of GL will be going with Loserpool for this one, personally I will too. Our form currently is horrific, a steep decline from earlier in the season.
2-1 Liverpool (Mane, Salah and Martial)

Probably a draw. Think if anything else, I see a United win. Really hard for me to see a Liverpool win here

Re: Manchester United (2) vs Liverpool (1)
I was thinking a draw but there are too many ?'s
Bailly not really played in months, Shaw barely getting minutes, but the alternative is starting Lindelof and Young (Young will get obliterated lol) If the predicted lineup is accurate, really need Bailly and Shaw to step up tomorrow.
I'd love to see Sanchez benched too. Need Martial starting alongside Mata and Lingard.
Honestly, the worst possible outcome is Firmino having a good game and Liverpool winning. Won't hear the end of it, at least until mid-week when Montella dumps us out of the CL.

We won't win but Klopp already allowing Mourinho tactics ffs
Jurgen Klopp - 'If someone says we 'parked the bus' I've no problem with that'
I hope we park the bus and so does United, Will be hilarious.

I doubt Firmino will be able to have a good game, United's 7 man backline won't help anyone in the entire match. We don't have the midfield good enough to service our attackers if someone parks the bus against us. Also Firmino has the worst record against Mourinho, Just 1 goal in 7 games, He's not good enough to unlock 8 people alone.
A jammy goal will win this, The probabllity of United getting that is higher.

Firmino won't have a good game, he doesn't really show up against top quality opposition. The only team I remember him being impactful against was Man City when they gifted Pool like 3 goals. I honestly can't recall if he had played against Spurs this season

He was the one who caused Spurs to make the mistakes that led to Salah's first goal.
He has 4 goals 3 assists against City in 7. 5 goals 3 assists against Arsenal in 6. He's played United 6 times, Spurs 4 times and Chelsea 3 times, Just 1 assist against each team there.

I think Fellaini will start tbh. Say what you want but Pogba being out, if true, dampens my interest in the game, just because Fellaini - Matic is absolute filth. May as well just give us the 0-0 now.

Who ever wins this gets 2nd but tbh I don’t care as long as we get top 4. Only good thing about Liverpool getting 2nd would be whooping ass on frenzy and his girlfriend nascar. They scrapped the play off for the 4th place team now so you don’t have to worry about that anymore

Easy win for Utd, doubt they'll need to get out of 3rd gear for this.

I'll let the team do the talking tomorrow. Could be a top banter week for me or also the worst ever. Imagine back to back losses to Loserpool and Sevilla.

I was gonna cut a Jonathan Coachman type promo on our very own Eugene, but then I remembered we're in the SJW era. Don't need the backlash. I'm PG now.
There's also the fact I actually believe we lose tomorrow and finish 4th this season

Re: Manchester United (2) vs Liverpool (1)
Nah. No GL jinx at all. If we win tomorrow I'll be very pleased and think we can go on to finish second, but recent performances have left me down in the dumps with this United team. Looked utterly shit since the festive period.
We can barely scrape by Palace lol. In fact we haven't had an emphatic win in quite a while that wasn't against complete scrubs. All signs point to a loss tomorrow unless the team wakes up from their slump.
