Brandt was supposed to be super duper, one of the most highly rated young attackers in years, but frankly I think he is not a top player and will never be one.

Meyer never had quite so much hype, decent AM, but interestingly he's now being recast as a DM by hipster coach Tedesco. He's getting lauded for that but I'm sceptical.

As an attacker, I'd prefer Brandt. As a midfielder, Meyer.

Think they'll both end up being decent for a 2nd-3rd tier club.
