No, I never understood that position. Milan goes and tries to sign a player we have an option on, we express the desire to exercise our option, Milan doesn't bid enough, the player stays at Boca to join us later.

If Juve didn't care about the player then we wouldn't sign him, but we are about to. Milan has no ground here.

Besides, all Milan needed was to bid more than what we were willing to pay.

If Milan actually had a proper budget to sign players then they would focus on actually signing players and not on how Juventus is conspiring to create as many obstacles for them as we can, as if we need them.
