I was going back and forth on who is better, Götze might be better but it is very close.

no honestly, there is quite a gulf in quality there:

Goetze

Eriksen

Convienently these two are the same age, which is important, as market value also takes this into account.

Goetze has better stats, while also playing in a much stronger league. One of the biggest talents Germany has ever produced and Eriksen is undoubtably a big talent too, but he still has way to go.

Goetze already has so much maturity in his game and decision-making that i'd almost (!) go as far and say that he could help make any team better except barca.
