Lord save Ronaldo, poor guy will literally have to carry the scoring mantel himself this season

If I ever see the BBC starting together again I will personally go to Madrid myself and punch ZZ in the face. The two Bs are absolutely worthless

The good thing is that Perez has a hardon for Asensio, so that will work in his favor. Benzema and Bales line of credit has surely been on thin ice for some time. It will have to happen sooner or later, BB are getting older and not better

Somebody just bumped a thread in the GS, after reading the OP i thought to myself, this guy has actually not changed and that thread was creating 4/5 seasons ago. Absolutely mind blowing :facepalm:

From what I've seen about Asensio he's the nicest guy on the entire team and everyone loves him. He and Navas at least.
Hopefully that helps him as much as it has helped Navas stay on.

Benzema and Bale are an embarrassment, getting carried by Asensio when CR is out.

and going into a long season with Borja Mayoral as back up is ridiculous, when we had Morata AND Mariano last season. BOTH OF THEM. Morata scored many important late goals to salvage points or to help us win. Mayoral who failed at his loan in germany is a far cry from both

At the back i understand that the situation is a bit exceptional but it's not impossible we see a repeat this year.

We should have whooped this Valencia team, but too many missed chances allowed them to believe and to stay alive in the game.

The forwards that are supposed to kill the game did not do it. Benzema is an awful finisher, as always, he is not getting better and as i mentioned previously, it's almost as if he doesn't know how to score. we keep praising him for his link up and he is scoring less and less, it's only normal he doesn't know how to finish nowadays lol.

And Bale, what's the point of this guy? he is utterly useless, crap footballer who lost that extra bit that made him a dominant athlete and his average football level can't cope with what his body is now. he is painfully average now.

and we should never again sign players like him that are so overly reliant on physique over technique
