Who will progress?
Re: Champions League Group Stage - Group B
Neymar was good. Mbappe was good. Cavani was good. The unselfish nature of Mbappe and Cavani (other than free kicks lol) allows everything to work.
Mbappe's stats won't be huge this season due to the nature of his work. But he's every bit as impactful to games and even moreso. He is a football genius imo.

I agree with the last line and I had the same thought watching today's match. He won't get the praise since he won't score as much as Cavani and doesn't demand as much of the spotlight as Neymar but I think he's the one that makes the attack work.

Yeah Mbappé was fantastic. Our moronic lineup and tactics didn't hurt, mind you.

What should have been the line up in your opinion?
James starting was surprising, not sure if Sule/Martinez was the best CB pairing.

Re: Champions League Group Stage - Group B
Cavani and Neymar wasted a few sitters. Game should've ended 5-0 at least.
I am a bit sadistic, I enjoy it when the elite clubs get a nice trashing once a while, taste a bit of humility.

No 4-3-3, but a 4-2-3-1. It's been clear in the last 15 months: everytime we play 4-3-3, we are shit, everytime 4-2-3-1 great. Carlo for some reason has a hard on for a 4-3-3 which ends with us being impotent, no pressing, no creativity. It's absolutely mind boggling how he can never learn from the evidence.
Play Boateng, who is our best CB. Don't play Süle who has never played CL before. It's not *bleep* rocket science.
Lewa
Riberý Müller Robben
Thiago Vidal
Alaba Boateng Martinez Kimmich
Done.
If you must, play James for Robben. Or Coman for Ribery. Or Hummels for Martinez. Or Tolisso for Vidal.

Didn't even realize Boateng was available
The attack was poor to watch, just cross, win corner and repeat

Boateng was available, Carlo chose to not include him in the squad.
Go figure.

Despite the shit result though, I thought Bayern played decently. Just didn't manage to bury a single chance.

Celtic might be the worst team we've ever faced in CL

Re: Champions League Group Stage - Group B
Celtic are worse than a 2nd BuLi team. This is ridiculous. If not for some superhuman goalkeeping and a rather training-like competitive approach by our lads after we realized how easy this is, this should be 15-0

Müller is out, Lewandowski is out, Bayern II's Ried is not registered for CL.
So Vidal will play striker tonight. That's right. Vidal
