DBZ Budokai (and Tenkaichi) was insanely legit

yeah I haven't played a fighter in years really besides those horrific Naruto games (tbf that was years ago too)

Think I quit Tekken around Tekken 5 or something, it was early 2000s, probably 2004 or so, I smashed Tekken Tag too, the first few Tekken's I put too much time into

my friend was a massive Soul Calibur fan so I would often play those, I had them too but was never super into them

decent games though

Life is Strange is free on PS+ in a few days

I loved them lol, I was a massive fanboy but yeah.

I really loved Xenoverse but the lack of destruction really hurts it sadly.

In terms of new fighters, the new MK and Injustice are genuinely great.

I think that MK game was the last I played actually, what was that, 2015? just wasn't into it too much, probably because I sucked

I bought the most recent one because it was a tenner on psn a month or so ago lol.

I suck but I think it's really good tbh.

Yeah great games made by the same studio. Had fun with all three of them, will definitely get Injustice 2 when there is a price drop with all the DLC characters included.

I loved Tekken 4 and 5 on PS2, Dark Jin was the most badass character My favorite was always King.

Yea hopefully Injustice 2 is on sale in few months.

Tekken had too many GOAT characters, legit put mad hours into it co-op fighting as a kid

fav were Hwoarang and Lei (not in T7 from the streams I saw smh, DLC hopefully)

think in Soul Calibur my fav was Cervantes and Raphael

personally not interested in Injustice because I'm not into superheroes

Tekken 7 looks pretty stylish and slick from streams I've seen but graphically not too amazing

Character stuff is a good point, I think I actually care more about that than actual mechanics.

was looking at characters and Tekken 5 was the last game I played but I only played it for the story, didn't smash it like the other games

surprised they're only at Tekken 7 since that was like 12-13 years ago

strangely enough my least favorite fighting series is perhaps the most popular, Street Fighter. Played a few of the old PS1 games but was never into it very much.

Yeah I never liked Street Fighter personally.

Jin was so OP. It was impossible to beat him so the only option was to choose him.

I think I didn't even make it to the last 3-4 fights

It was a pretty hard game.

Have you played this game, Mole? It's a remaster, but you're a Gears fan, so I figured it'd be right up your alley based on what type of game it sounds like it is.

Vanquish was great. One of the hidden gems of last generation.

Yeah i loved Vanquish, the pace and smoothness of the combat was amazing.

Here's hoping the PC port actually sells enough where they consider making another one.

Anyone on Tekken 7? came out this month, just got it yesterday. Great gameplay and awesome online. Its been too long since Tekken 6.

Reviews are amazing. Will get it in few years
