Actually, that is probably the most mature video I've seen on ArsenalTV. Like mad scientist Rincon, agree with his views.

Wenger shouldn't stay though.

20 year from now, Wenger will still be remembered. Mostly as a character when remembering SAF, but will still be remembered. And that memory is what constitutes being "legendary".

Its not only about success (how many trophies did Totti win?), but about a wide range of achievements, qualities, and other usually intangible things that separate the ordinarily successful from the "legends".

Its why Sacchi is considered a legend despite his short term career, and why Capello would be forgotten despite his more successful one.

On Wenger's current situation: From a business point of view, Wenger is the safest and best option for Arsenal. Any other coach, and they would have to take some serious risk. From a trophy point of view, Wenger won't be able to win anything substantial in his remaining years.

Note: The opinion of anyone using "beta male" as an insult should be rightfully disregarded.

Legend. Joint with United on most trophies won post Fergie. He's still a winner and proving it 20 years later. Honestly, the team let him down this season as did a lot of the supporters. Give the man a budget and help with transfers and cap it off with a 3 year extension IMO

He's silenced his doubters, absolute legend and icon for Arsenal, can't believe some of these disgraceful Arsenal fans want him out. As if they were relevant before he came in, have respect for the guy who made you something. Hopefully they show him the proper respect and allow him to continue his work.

This game showed limitation of Chelsea though, still get the feeling that arent THAT great a team... Conte needs to upgrade with some new players in the summer if they want to retain the title.

He did a great job to set up the team for the final apart from one decision (starting Ospina over Cech for I assume sentimental reasons).

Still hope this was his last game for Arsenal, if he wants to continue football elsewhere he's welcome to do it.

Incredible how a cup trophy can actually mask an entire season of mediocre performances from both manager and his players. However, today Wenger got his lads to play immense and the players actually followed suit.

Wouldn't really call 5th place mediocre. PL is just too competitive especially these days. Big teams everywhere.

TBF we've been dreadful since the turn of the year for our own standards, except for 3 or 4 games, including today.

He's far past it, everyone knows it. Needs to get out now, but he should have been out years ago for Arsenal's benefit. He's a legend, but there is no doubting that he needs to go

i think the champions league final lost against Barcelona made wenger loose his mind. he trying to copy Barcelona style of play but can't..
