Very unconvincing first half performance by Madrid. The lineup was off from the get-go, but there was also no sense of urgency.

Z screwed things up by starting an unfit Bale and then introducing Asensio of all people.

I watched how Juventus slayed them at their stadium. And looking at us now, there's a clear difference between the Italian side and us.

Casemiro inherited Xabi Alonso's luck of not getting carded when he supposed to? Anyway, with cBarca on this one as well. Only real talking point is Casemiro not receiving a 2nd yellow.

If Suárez starts to perform, Barca can actually take this imo. He's been pretty poor from what I've seen.

But even when he doesn't perform, he still maintains his high work rate. You should've seen Benzema; he was equally as bad and invisible as Suarez, but the difference is, he was also lazy. He had two chances and he screwed them up with a never-seen-before fashion from a supposedly professional footballer. Still having trouble wrapping my mind around how such an underperforming player could manage to become Madrid's number 9.
