Pep away in the CL Unreal how bad his record is. If nothing else this should touch him that you can't get away with Kolarov at CB.

City weren't that bad tho. They had poor finishing and great goalkeeping by the Celtic keeper, but they had their chances to bury the game they just didn't.

lol City can't even beat Celtic. An I'm supposed to be terrified of them in PL and not taking into account how terribly easy their schedule has been.

They're walking your league and you have no chance to top them at all. Better concentrate on that 4th spot trophy

Is Neymar f*%#ing taking the piss? Involved in both goals but this performance was ridiculous. Not remember him playing this bad for years. Unbelievable.
If I was the Enrique I'd go berserk on Nikemar. He plays like he doesn't give a single crap. That's been going on for way too long.

West Ham, Sunderland, Stoke, Swansea are bottom 4 atm with by far the worst form in PL.
City have faced all of them plus Bournemouth (who is bottom 6)
Their schedule so far has been dreadful. BY FAR the easiest in the league.

Re: Champions League 2016-17 | Group C
We've got Swansea next.
Anyways I'm more talking about Arsenal being the main challenger. We're top 3 and the underdog challenger. Soon enough when they face half decent teams the results will catchup to them.

Tonight's result is pretty irrelevant to the league though, we have seen many examples of that many times.
As a Liverpool fan you should know that all too well tbh.

Of course the result is irrelevant because these are two different competition altogether.
But in terms of intensity the first side to actually have the balls to play fight City is able to trouble them. Well, what do you know.
Maybe if their schedule wasn't piss easy by far the worst in the league they wouldn't have so many people thinking they would run away with it.

Re: Champions League 2016-17 | Group C
The other thing is you are basically limiting the league to 5 decent teams, which is a problem for a team who readily puts scrubs away.
They'll be out of sight before they play anyone decent according to you so they'll win the league anyway because they are destroying everyone else.
That's assuming that they struggle against you, Spurs, Arsenal and Chelsea so the schedule won't actually matter because they'll destroy the majority of the league due to it being full of scrubs by your own admission.

City look unbeatable TBH. Not sure if anyone in world football could live with them. I know they have only won 6 games but you can see they will dominate world football from this day forward lol

Well no. I would consider the top 10 teams very difficult fixtures. The 10-15 fixtures somewhat challenging because they will try to compete.
City have faced the bottom 5 practically. I'm not taking them seriously until they show me they're gonna 'run away' with it against decent teams. Which I don't think will happen. Once their schedule gets tough it will start getting more difficult.
Sure they are favorites to win the league. But it's going to be closer. Arsenal are big challenger. We can put up a challenge.
The idea that it's a wrap in September which is what bothers me. Specially given they haven't proven anything. Beating bottom 5. Boo hoo.

Re: Champions League 2016-17 | Group C
I am on team McAgger in this one. Swansea last week and Celtic yesterday. Teams wont sit back and defend against City from now on. They know if they do that city's sharp shooters will obliterate them.
Even our match against them there was a sharp contrast between the 2 halves of that match. 1st half Mou decided to sit back and counter and they dominated us, 2nd half we went for the kill to get back in the game and they were nervy as hell to see it out.
I can see a lot of teams trying to play the proactive card against them. Their defense is piss poor and with increased matches its only going to get worse.
Spuds better take the game to them next week. Play like they played against Pool and City will win it easily.
Also looking forward to the City-Pool matches this season btw. Will be interesting viewing.
