Youtube issue

We are aware that posters using Chrome and IE are having issue with youtube videos. It appears as a black bar instead of the actual video when you embed it.

It looks like a global issue affecting many places.

I have implemented a different way to avoid that issue. Simply paste the youtube link instead of using the youtube button. If you just copy and paste the youtube link, it will auto-embed for you.

Use that for now. It's probably faster anyways.


Also. Another reminder to those who are seeing html code instead of videos or vines. Please enabled HTML in your profiles.

If you go profile->Preferences->Allow HTML then that should enable any type of videos shared by others
