Hillary is going to win this election, it's inevitable.

The electoral college is highly stacked against Trump, basically he needs to win all battleground states and also turn one of the lean democrat states (Michigan or Pennsylvania) into red. it's not impossible but very unlikely.

Yea. High turnout generally means a democratic win overall. It does seem likely Hillary will win but it won't be without drama.

Real fallout will be post-election with the senate. And Trump supporters have already promised backlash so violence is expected.

It's not over though. That's the biggest joke of this election.

Whichever one of these clowns win they are going to dominate the news cycles for years to come, be it Hillary and her trustworthiness or Trump and his alienation of every non-white demographic.

It's not over. It's just starting.

Oh...and I voted. Took about 20 minutes.

Same. Polling station was 3 mins away. Walked there, voted in 5 mins and walked back. No hassle.

Voting station literally 2 minute walk away from where I work. Got in, got out. Took about 30 minutes though with the line. Wasted half of my lunch break.

Don't know if it was worth, didn't get to chat banter with my boys on GL during my lunch break ffs.

CNN will be broadcasting live on their website as well later on if you want to switch over.

Dragging myself out of bed now. Cant believe we are going to elect our first woman president today Very Happy , even more so a woman who we all thought was DONE when her Husband cheated on her.

Betty you're literally the only person I know that will be voting for Hillary as opposed to doing so grudgingly or simply against Trump. eco smile

I am fascinated by what she represents honestly.

I remember, like it was yesterday honestly, sitting in my Grandparents living room watching Peter Jennings(RIP) talking about how embarrassed Hillary was by Her Husband cheating on her with that tubby little intern. The old people in there(my grandma included) laughing around a table about Hillary not being able to please her man. It would have been very easy for Hillary to disappear under a rock forever after that, but she didnt. She came back strong as ever, made a fortune, became a senator, secretary of state, and now president. One of the craziest things I have ever seen. She is an inspiration to all people really. Never count someone out, and we ALL did back then.

I have a soft spot for the underdog. Probably because my mom was one Laughing

She is definitely not an inspiration to all people. And she is the opposite from an underdog in this election, including the primaries.

People that want power for power are not an inspiration to me. That's what she looks like. Someone that wants to be president because she believes she deserves it above anyone else. Which is never a good reason.

If this is not the case then what the hell are her beliefs and convictions? she clearly won't say it to the public. What does she think she can offer the country? And why is it better than what someone else can (except for Trump obviously)?

Obviously she is the better choice of the two, and she will win. But she is not an inspiration to most. So many vote her simply because she is not Trump.

She's an inspiration in my opinion because she got turn lemons into lemonade.

I think we can all be proud that the America we live in now is fundamentally different to where a woman is not solely judged by her relations to a man, and not shunned away as a joke because she couldnt "Please" her man anymore. She's an inspiration to me because she was able to push past this and make a big mark on this world. Obviously for the younger generations, who have seen a much better America than the America we had in the 20th century don't see her as big of an inspiration. That itself is a sign of progress, but on that point it remains so for those of us who remember.

Polls have officially closed on the east coast.

Indiana and Kentucky goes to Trump as per exit polls. Fox News says South Carolina and Georgia "too close to call" on exit polls. That must hurt Trump
