If the target is the 3rd place yes. Higuain scored the double of goals than Icardi because the difference is this atm. Higuain literally doubled his goal output under Sarri, there is no reason to expect that Icardi could not undergo a similar level of improvement.

Arsenal are in advanced talks with Bayern Munich star Robert Lewandowski, according to sources that are close to the former Dortmund striker.

It is believed that Arsene Wenger's side are willing to pay €44 million in order to bring Lewandowski to the Emirates.

This morning, club officials at Bayern Munich refused to comment on speculation that the former Dortmund striker was unhappy at Bayern Munich.

If he goes to Arsenal, it's because he genuinely wants to transfer to Arsenal, and they will most likely negotiate a relatively reasonable transfer fee/wages for him. Wenger is never willing to pay anything tbf.
