That was the worse elimination round game I have seen in any competition... it was technically awful. Bale included.

Italy-Sweden was the match of ages compared to this one. Drab display.

Did they even watch the game? Lol Ramsey was awful. Slowed down every break from Wales and kept trying off-target long passes all game.

Also Bale as said above that own-goal doesn't do the play justice. Was a nice move from Wales and an inch perfect ball in from Bale, if McAuley hadn't put it in then Kanu would have. Bale always comes up big for Wales (and is a big game player in general).

Would be awesome for them to make it past Belgium and have a Portugal/Wales semifinal so Bale can style on Ronaldo.
