Darmian is a very good signing, Cech/Schneiderlin domestic, Schweini/Pedro garbage.

One thing is clear though.EPL with all that money can barely attract stars to the league.It's pretty clear that top EPL clubs are behind the European elite and have been for a while.Money won't always buy you anything and everything.

In before someone claims De Bruyne is a 'star' just because City spent €80m on him rofl

how can you decide who is the best transfer when we have yet to/barely seen them playing for the clubs to which they were transferred.

Arda, Vidal and De Bruyne are the best players changing clubs. But will they be more successful than other transfers? or have more impact on their new teams than some? we will see

Premier market was meh imo . Not worthy than other years.
