Daniel Sackheim and Jack Bender are new in GoT so hopefully they do well. A real shame David Nutter wanted a break, he's the man but Sapochnik did a brilliant job in S5 so atleast there's a good replacement for the E9/E10 episodes.

What no one has considered yet is the fact that Davos is pretty much a dead man walking. After Stannis' death, how will Davos pay Stannis' debts to the Iron Bank of Braavos? They will send a Faceless Man for sure.

Stannis dead is still a question mark for me but...

Does Davos inherit that debt? If so, then i can see him go AWOL, maybe try to find Gendry so he the debt isn't his anymore? Idk, but Davos is one of the last few likeable characters in Westeros, i'd be sad seeing him gone.

It was Davos who convinced the Iron Bank to back Stannis, they won't be amused to hear that all their gold went to shit because of him

More interestingly who do they back next, "The Iron Bank will have it's due", most likely Daenerys as if she doesn't have enough help already.

Dany has a lot of help already like you said, i'd rather see the Iron Bank behind someone cunning like LF despite his overabundance in wealth

The Iron Bank backed a contender for the throne and Cersei suspended all payments to them and sent Mace Tyrell to get a better deal. If anything I think it would be Shireen who inherits the debt but that won't happen, so as house Baratheon is dead I think so are the debts.

I can see Davos either returning to his family or going out to be with Stannis and then coming across Reek and Sansa.

The Iron Bank is a business, why on earth would they respond to incurring a massive loss that essentially can't be recovered by spending another fortune on a Faceless Man just out of spite? If Davos is in trouble it's because all his friends are dead.

Imo Davos and Melisandre (will become good next season, as her face when she reached the wall hinted a transformation happening) will be to jon (assuming things go as per planned lol) what jorah mormont and tyrion is to dany. Loyal followers and advisers.
And the Iron Bank turning against Davos, if it happens (didnt think about it until the above posts tbh) and if they send arya to kill him How cool would be that. Assuming she resumes the training that is and she find a way to get past her latest obstacle. Would kinda stitch the stories together.

If word gets out that Stannis burnt his daughter, Melisandre will probably get stabbed in the neck by Davos.

Most likely won't. Who would tell him? Everyone from the camp either died or left Stannis.

Also the only thing i'm not looking forward is Dany taking screen time with the dothraki arc & Jorah & Daario trying to find her

Really looking forward to the Bran arc & hopefully the return of Rickon. The 2 irrelevant Stark boys about to become, prehaps the most relevant Stark's in the series

Just when Dany's arc could've taken off with an entourage of good characters surrounding her, she f*cks off back to no mans land to mingle with a bunch of irrelevant Dothraki who will either die or piss off back to obscurity.

Smh. Maybe by season 15 she can actually take 2 steps forward and get within 5k miles of fighting for the *bleep* throne
