ya he got sent down to the youth squads because of his attitude and then got surpassed by Depay

PSV said his career was over with them earlier this year that his contract would just run out

As far as Bakkali goes, any success he could potentially find at Sevilla would depend on his willingness to sacrifice for the team, as Emery demands. The whole reason why Deulofeu didn't play was because that, in Emery's words, "the things he did with the ball would blow you away, but without it he wasn't willing to sacrifice enough for others".

Saying that, you can't go much wrong with free transfers. As long as the player shows some talent they could probably get a fee for him from somewhere.
