I read that there is performance improvements as well, i'm trying to figure out what they are though. I need to find out how to get the patch notes lol.

I only just started playing it. Just rushed through the Gwent tutorial part.

frame rate issue gone as well. Often it would start lagging really bad but that's gone now.

According to online reports, the patch is rolling out now on PlayStation 4 and PC. It remains to be seen when the Xbox One version of the patch will arrive.

Yep i noticed that as well, other thing i noticed was the speed of how the camera pans. I know it says it in the patch notes but it's clearly quite obvious.

Yeah, that's exactly what I did, but the "give controller to visitor" option never loaded properly. I think it probably has to do with your internet connection Razz

Have you tried doing it with RG or Maul?

Apparently, Microsoft are a lot slower in certifying patches than Sony and obviously PC doesn't need to be certified at all.

This game has pushed my patience to its limits.

Is it possible to level up without doing a lot of the witcher contracts etc?

I want to speed run my 2nd play through.

But I've heard they are going to bring NG+ so I might wait for that hmm

Didn't know that, look forward to that.

As for your question you could, but i wouldn't ignore them early on as they are good for money. Once you get to level 12-17 though you shouldn't need to.
