Re: Official Football Manager Thread
it doesn't need much, because there isn't much graphics in it.
It's an easy game to start with but if you want be any good at it you have play around with it, read tactics, analyze players
get the demo first you just want to see how it goes

Re: Official Football Manager Thread
i am gonna start a new save game and use the official editor from the game to make a new club for myself and start it in the bottom leagues or the top league (by kicking another team out)... still thinking about this one... and giving myself a small budget to create the team from scratch no players no coaches no nothing. Lets see how i do

WTF is shadow striker ? I get false 9 but Shadow ST ? and don't we already have kind of regista in DLP .... Now we'll lose even more hours on configuring tactics and that kind of stuff .... damnNew Player Roles
There are 8 new player roles in Football Manager 2014: Half back, target flank man, limited FB, complete wing back, enganche, regista, false no.9, shadow striker

Re: Official Football Manager Thread
Been playing the mobile version of this recently.
Quite enjoying it, although it hasn't updated since the January window and there's no database editor. ( atleast as far as I know)
There's good things and bad things to that.... Naturally I still have Remy and Luuk De Jong ( who is really great on the game for some reason ) and Debuchy too.
On the other hand none of the new signings are there, although I did manage to sign Cabella for 15m. Other deals I have done is sell Tiote for 9m, Taylor for 3m and signed Dede for 7m.
The one really frustrating thing with the game is that when you get injuries they tend to be for months
Cisse is out for 8 months, Ben Arfa was for 2, Cabella is currently out for 2, Gouffran was for 3 and Anita is out for 5. (I did manage to get William Carvalho on loan during the January window to cover for that though)
Ended up finishing 3rd.

Re: Official Football Manager Thread
Told you the mobile version is good
Yea they don't do jan updates nor there is any editor for it.
But it's so much simple and faster. Can play the whole season in a day lol if I disable highlights and the videos and turn the speed to very fast.

Re: Official Football Manager Thread
They gave me 20m to spend for 2nd season
This is what I did going into the second season....
Didn't want to sell Cabella but 40m was ridiculous and needed to be able to afford replacements for Remy and De Jong as both were loans.
Volland is a beast.
