I don't agree with those saying Xavi coming on didn't do anything. Busquets I thought was a bigger impact but Xavi coming on was quite big for us. I was calling for Busquets and Xavi to both come on at halftime.

TBF to Cruijff, Enrique's football is the antithesis of eveything that is Barcelona. It was like watching Mou's Madrid.

disagree...in the worst moment the possession was 50-50 right the beginning of 2nd half and the sky commentators were talking about that. but one should not be fooled about that stat. we were completely dominated by them until 2nd goal and watching us play like that was simply depressing...

Many times it looked like RM were playing more like Barca and vice versa. I expected this to be honest. Not saying it is completely a bad thing, but Enrique's midfield setup is at fault together with missing Bussi. So, this setup is producing some good results in the sense that teams are expecting barca to always play patiently through the middle, and we all know that parking the buss is the ultimate antidote for that approach. Therefore something needed to change, and this change is making sense. Can it be different? I dont know, but i know Xavi is not in his prime and Iniesta is 50% of a player he used ti be, so playing the old-school Pep style is probably a suicide with the current midfield.
