Vidal what a run! Got the most out of it, red card + goal also terrible decision by Torosidis.

We had the easiest job to bury this year's Scudetto, leading against 10-men toothless Roma and we bottled it. Before the match I'd have settled for a draw, but like this, it is a good result for Roma. Shame

Job done...hope we play like this vs Dortmund

It's not going for the draw, he set up the team to counter attack Roma. Don't forget how dangerous their wings are and fast. Plus so far they don't know what to do with the ball. I love how Allegri can tactically organize a defense even better then Conte, we always seem to have +1 man on the field ( and its not the referee )

I think Roma had that extra man on the field tonight.

Orsato was badly pressured by Roma and the crowd after the red card (which was perfectly legit) and that pretty much ruined his decent performance in the first 60 or so minutes. But we can only blame ourselves not to mention Allegri didn't have the balls to attack against Roma after the equializer.
Anyways, he got the tactics perfectly from the start, just couldn't handle the new situation

I think this isn't a bad result. We're still 9 points ahead of them, they were at home, and Pogba was injured so we played the 3-5-2, which isn't our preferred formation this season. We played well. Pereyra was actually very good today, and I don't think anyone can deny that. Vidal played good too, put in a good amount of tackles, some nice passes, and he came close to scoring. Defence played well, but I don't think Chiellini should've tackled Iturbe when the got the free kick that lead to the goal. I also think we really need to work on defending set pieces. Marchisio played well, Tevez was really good, and Lichtsteiner and Evra did well too. Morata didn't play his best game, but he's been playing well recently so I don't think he should be criticized. Overall good game though.

3-5-2 is such a boring formation, slow attack with not enough people to link up...If we play this shit against Dormunt Im not sure its going to work.

Well we played well, and the most important thing is that we are learning to avoid counter attacks by defending well. We basically gave Roma no chance to attack, cuz their main area of threat is the wings, which we closed well and dealt with it. This is a good method, but against the small teams we need to attack. Sadly we didn't bury the victory, but a draw is all we were looking for lol. We rested pogba and vidal played well. Pereyra is great, but I still feel that he is missing something to be a great, world-class player.

Well we drew the most dangerous away game to a direct contender, we played greatly for 70 min wihtout quality subs, rested Pogba, Pereyra had full 90 min and showed he can be class player. He reminded of Di Maria so much. Great result.

Nobody said anything about Coman... He almost finished the match with his dribbling and speed!

...Coman is being outmuscled by every defender, If he wants to play more he better work out...

he was the best player on the pitch today, he was menace for Roma's defense, all of our attacks started with him, he was there for counter attacks, for defending, he was taking he man he reminded of Di Maria so much today plus he is 24 he has time to improve. I think he needs to improve his finishing nothing else. He can be class CM, he is everything that Vidal was before that injury but with worst finishing and better dribbling.

I agree with johniet about Coman

Result is fine, our tactic was fine too although it would be infinitely more effective if we had a pair of lightning quick, tricky attackers initiating these counter attacks

However our set piece defending is nothing short of pathetic. Absolutely pathetic.

Yeah, true. And I think that pereyra is a little bit slower, but his dribbling and control is amazing. Vidal also linked up with him very well. But on the other hand, it wasn't morata'smorata's day.

The pace we have is good enough, but the thing is that we need to work on it more

Not at all, our best sprinter in attack is Morata and by most teams standards he is pretty slow

None of our players can take a man on and dribble past him consistently. Pogba is probably the best at it and he's a 6 foot 3 midfielder

Our lack of pace and trickery is shocking.

Morata coman(pereyra) and tevez could be our mwssi suarez and neymar lol
