You kidding me Milner isnt alike Hendo, He's got better control than Henderson and more pace. He can even beat a full back on pace. These attributes make him more versatile.

Re: Summer Transfer Window 2015
I still can't understand who is the marquee signing this window. I mean the one that we would need to turn things around.
For god sake where is the effort to replace the striker we lost!
I might get slaughtered for this but i really wouldn't mind having Tevez around for a season or two!!

Why would anyone slaughter you for this mate ? Tevez is an absolute royce royce and wet dream of a player and striker.
He's about 10 times better than Ings and Benteke combined

Re: Summer Transfer Window 2015
Honestly in 5 or 10 years and we're gonna look back at this period in our history and just be astonished as to how some of us were idiotic enough to buy the bs FSG and the TC and the manager was feeding us because REALITY is that
Gerrard (the greatest legend in the history of our club) was replaced by James Milner
Suarez was replaced by Lambert and Balotelli
Legendary Carra was replaced by Kalamity Kolo
Beloved Agger was replaced by *bleep* Lovren
Reina was repalced by Mignolet
Sepi is right, people will go out of their way to find reasonable arguments even if signed Rodgers son tomorrow. Or all of a sudden Ian Ayre became player manager, people will always try to find rationality behind such moves.
And that is why Liverpool is where we are. For 25 years our fan base literally has done that find excuses to back mediocrity.
We've just sealed and stamped the next 3 seasons of the mediocrity and transition.

Do you really care in today's time?
It's not like Tevez was a boyhood United fan. He left on bitter terms and probably don't even like them that much.

He's joking brev. Morty is quite the comedian around these parts. His humor doesn't translate to the GS I'm afraid though, a true Finn I call that.

Re: Summer Transfer Window 2015
There is no way Milner will be offered 165K/week, FSG are f cheap bastards he will get some fee on signing to cover his wages. MÃlner will contribute a lot more than any current player offers in our team with that said we need to sign Higuain quickly, pleas god make this miracle happen. Among proven and elite forwards, he seems to be the only one who is relastic for our club.

Totally agree with the part in red
But I actually mean it, about Tevez, not joking. There are two types of players who I wish Liverpool never signed, those who have played for Everton and those who have played for Man United. That's just how I feel.

What's Sterling got to do with this?
Sterling's not signing a contract with us for 100k, 150k, 900k.
Has nothing to do money lmao.

Don't bother Hans, those two will literally find anything to bitch about right now.
I doubt you two have seen Milner play through the centre then. And you know the reason he's leaving City is because he wants first team IN THE MIDDLE.

Welcome Jimmy.
I guess it's time we get behind him no matter our difference now that he's ours.
Hope he does well.

Re: Summer Transfer Window 2015
Ive heard we've had like 3 bids for the guy, just give them a offer they'll accept low balling only works when the club is desperate or the player is desperate, which isn't this case.

I though Inter were holding out for euro 25m which would be GBP 16m.mr-r34 wrote:Ive heard we've had like 3 bids for the guy, just give them a offer they'll accept low balling only works when the club is desperate or the player is desperate, which isn't this case.
