Quite frustrating half. Sturridge should have buried one of those 2-3 chances. I would swap positions between Ibe & Markovic. Ibe should be brought more into the game. Coutinho looks tired. Moreno is clueless & predictable in the final third. Bad slip by Sakho.

Jesus, we should have put the game away in the first. We had like 5 clear cut chances all of which could have been scored.

It was embarrassing how Gerrard and Hendo got bypassed by their 1-2 for the goal. Absolutely embarrassing.

Okay, so, I think it's a big worry now how fatigued both Henderson and Coutinho look. Neither were quite here or there today. Already in the Everton game they were subdued. And even more here. Man, these guys need a rest badly.

Markovic did really well for his goal, but was rather poor otherwise.

Watching Can take on pace on Kyle Walker of all people and beat him so he gets a yellow makes me again think this guy should play in midfield, not as CB!

Moreno was poor again, it's time to give someone else a chance in that position.

Sturridge misses his explosiveness, he'll find his form soon no doubt, there will be goals from him we just have to wait, he needs some games in his legs first and he'll start banging them in once again.

Emre Can is our best player. Whether he's playing in midfield or in defense he looks like the best player on the pitch.
