Valencia 4-0 away to Elche

Both Valencia and Sevilla are on an amazing run atm.

Valencia also has the luxury of not being Scrublopaleague.

Lets talk Valencia

Hopefully I don't jinx it, but what are the chances of Valencia winning Goat Liga?

Currently 4 and 5 point behind Madrid and Barca. If they Draw this weekend it's only 5/6 points with Barca and Madrid still on the schedule. No Europe to distract them as well and there on a 7 Game undefeated streak.

If Barca is not to win the league then I'd be happy to see Valencia win it, but I think you're under-estimating how hard it is for Barca and Real to lose points in the league. It's much more likely that Valencia will drop points than those two, especially if they still haven't played against them in the 2nd part of the season. Villareal are no scrubs either.

I remember when people were death sentencing La Liga after scrub "stars" like Soldado and Negredo were exodusing the league. Yet it's the most competitive La Liga in many a years with a strong Atletico, Valencia, Sevilla, Villarreal and Athletic Bilbao. Even the likes of Rayo Vallecano and Celta Vigo with no budget play eyepleasing football tactically. The quality only drops from the 13th place down. Against the top 12 teams I'd never expect an easy away win, Rayo Vallecano excluded because of their suicidal attacking style (Real, Atletico, Valencia, Sevilla, Villarreal, Malaga, Athletic, Espanyol, Real Sociedad, Celta Vigo all banana peels away from home).

Truly the GOAT league.

smh who was winning us games that season? higs,marcelo and gago came in january

again the main highlight of his 7 seasons was that one league clinching goal, again hig flopped everything else yets get treated like some super striker

this forum ways of rating players has always been shit, "that guy can dribble" top 5 player, "that guy runs pretty fast" top 5 player, "hey he scores a lot" top 3 player and skip over actual good players that put in a decent shift in all facets of the game, cause they ain't as popular

example lacazette> lyon benzema, when lyon benzema was actually destroying french league and cl as if it was nothing, but as soon as the hype train gets started all of that is shit or not as good, remember suarez>ibra yeah another great one created by the hype train, and many more

mole you know damn well that all english semi's and final, started the epl is the best ever talk, skysports brought it up first, and almost every english speaking pundit/journalist I've seen, keeps using the same garbage reasons as to why the prem is still the best no matter what.

1) "other than the top 2 or 3 nowadays, the prem teams are better cause they spend a lot more than the rest", which nonsense used to trick casuals

2) "its the most watched, competitive() and entertaining league in the world, so it must be the best", more nonsense to trick the casuals

this has been going on for years in the media and casuals just repeat, that why any player who looks decent in it, instantly ranked in top 5 players in the world in their positions, look at kompany
