He'll be a beast midfield player for us, wasted at CB right now, but again it's for the best of the team.

ArtyTime for the derby, whose making the thread

Lallana and Markovic have been poor-average in last few games.

JESUS, just checked the score!
The suspense was killing me. I'll watch the game if I can find it anywhere.
WTF happened. Holy shit I would have been having a meltdown if we were losing until 85th minute to 10 men championship B team.
THank *bleep* for Phil and Raheem. Were the goals nice? If you by chance know a place I can watch the full match don't hesitate to tell me

The goals were both nice indeed.
Don't want to get nit-picking, but Can is actually 21.

Anyone can make it, if there's not one by tomorrow, I'll start it then, but feel free to get it going if anyone wants to.

money well spent. I know people talk about him having a lack of pace. but I don't think he is as slow as people make out. he is playing as a right sided cb. and is coming up against wide players who are for the most part made of speed. as a cm player I don't think he lacks pace at all tbh.

Re: Bolton vs. Liverpool
Can is going to lead that midfield for years. That drive he showed to get the ball and try to do something. I guess he tried so many times playing someone through and finally realised that a different pass is needed to unlock their defense. That shot on the bar : bow: Well this is exactly what Lucas and Allen cant do and hence as Can starts getting experience, he will be a wonderful replacement for Lucas

Re: Bolton vs. Liverpool
I guess this hard fought win is going to give everyone extra boost for the rest of the campaign. Specially against teams who sit deep against us means v will probably score with the last kick of the game to win it 1-0

Re: Bolton vs. Liverpool
Don't intend to be a spoil-sport, but I'm kind of disappointed. Considering we only rested Lucas & Henderson (for just 55 mins
) and they had so many players injured, I expected more convincing game. Here's some points I would like to add:
#1. Emre
#2. Sakho
#3. Coutinho
#4. Sturridge should have started. He would got more space and might have wrapped-up the game.
#5. Lallana & Markovic has gone off the boil recently.
#6. We are awful in set-pieces (defending & attack).

He definitely shouldn't have considering we have a huge game in the weekend and the given team should have been good enough for Bolton. So it was very very much the right decision not to start him.

Btw, it is really frustrating to watch Gerrard almost walk in CM role.

Re: Bolton vs. Liverpool
Just buy an LFC TV membership. It's only $70 for the year and it has so much video content...full matches for the year saved, u21 games, u18 games, highlights, training videos, interviews, etc.
Honestly it's an awesome buy and I never regret it.

I was subscribed for about 5 years and gave it up over the last 2. Do they still do that thing where full match videos/highlights are not shown to North American IPs until after 5PM GMT the next day? That frustrated me a lot. By the time highlights came out the weekend was over and I had no time in the week to actually watch the entire game again.
