Salmano has a point to be fair. Zidane is regarded as the best midfielder ever and Pogba is already better than the former ever was at Juve.

If James goes for 70m then Pogbito is easily worth 100m+ once you factor in potential, current ability, age and marketing potential.

He's already the best midfielder in the planet, the best player in Serie A and the best french player and he's only 21. He's clearly not the best midfielder ever yet, but he's definitely better than the best midfielders ever at his age. A catastrophe needs to happen for him to not be the best midfielder ever when he retires.

Juve are going to sky his price because he has just renewed and many top clubs are going to be interested in him and he won't push to leave, so Juve would only sell the 21 yo best midfielder in the planet to get the money to get 2/3 WC players and that would be more than 100M. I actually think it's going to be closer to the 150/200M.

Pogba is fantastic player but he " just " best Serie A player atm. He is worthy of much money ( and it will be this, because Raiola is unreal agent , capable to 20 for this Balotelli , and Ibra rated 50 mln more than Eto'o ) but I never would spend 100 for a midfielder.
