That's what I thought too but I did catch a glimpse of him at the end when he tried to take on the mighty godbeloa but lost the ball, so we were both unfortunately (read: understandably) mistaken Proud

Yeah I think todays loss was down to Messi.
Real Madrid scoring 3 goals even though Ronaldo and Marcelo completely wasting half a dozen great counter attacks and Benzema hitting the woodwork completely was because of Messi :coffee:

Saying Real Madrid can't beat Barcelona is just plain stupid and whoever said that can't be taken serious.

Barca is still an amazing team but they are not on another level than other great teams.

He isn't declining, there's little he can do while constantly surrounded by 3 players. He had bad luck with finishing, other than that he setup his teammates few times with good passes.

Anyway Kroos has shifted the midfield battle in favor of Madrid after today.

The kid was immense, he may as well play in a three piece suit because sometimes if feels like dictating games without breaking a sweat.
