Balotelli - Overrated. Comes up with magic once in a blue moon. At one point people put him on the same level as Messi/Ronaldo.

Ramsey - Bar his goalscoring, his overall play is average. I don't understand this notion of 'oh he's a midfielder who scores goals, he must be a complete midfielder.'

I think Balotelli has not even reached 5% of his potential. He has super athleticism and is surely developing his game. He's just getting started.

I think he can become better than Ibrahimovic due to his sheer natural athletic abilities. He can eventually become the perfect striker if he hones his skills and works on his attitude (which seems to be improving day by day). I was really impressed by him on the national team, I didn't think he'd perform so well in such a big tournament and contribute so much, let alone put aside the attitude. I think if he's in a comfortable environment with people he likes, his game will skyrocket.

He can become a perfectly complete striker if he sets his mind to it. He'll never become a Maradona or Messi-esque type player, as that's not his game, but he has all the tools needed to become the deadliest striker we've ever seen.

It's such a shame how he sits on the bench for Mancity this year. When I watch him play, he makes me get off my seat, and always does something unexpected. In the Euros, I was cheering for Germany until Balotelli smashed home that power-shot past Neuer into the net. I got  so excited by that balotelli goal I started to cheer for Italy for the rest of the tourney.
