Yeah man, FIFA can ban us from all transfers for like three years. By illegal, I of course mean against football rules. But I wouldnt be surprised if they break labour rules as well, but I dont know about these laws in Brazil. Re the FIFA rules though, I am 100% sure. If Santos report us for having an illegal pre agreement with more than 6 months left on Neymar's contract, and we are found guilty, we could be banned from making any more transfers for a while.

Good luck trying to prove that though LOL. Anyway I doubt it would be breaking any real actual laws. As for FIFA well I doubt they could do anything without A LOT of proof. That simply won't happen.

Nothing like that has ever happened and I seriously doubt that it ever will. Especially not to us.

Truth is they'll be coming to us eventually when they want to sell the kid. The little clubs always bark the loudest when we come and knock on their door. I'm not saying we can sign Naymar whenever we want but Santos or any other club can't get into a pushing contest with us.

Empty threats really and TBH I don't think Santos have anything against Madrid in general.

Santos wonderkid Neymar has affirmed that he intends to stay in Brazil despite reported interest from Barcelona and Real Madrid. He also added that right now he would not have a chance of breaking into the first team of either of the star-studded units.

The 19-year-old striker has been linked with both giants in recent weeks, with reports going as far over the weekend as to say that he underwent a medical and agreed a move to Madrid in 2012.

Neymar, however, flatly denied any suggestion of a deal, and on Monday went further in affirming his happiness with the Copa Libertadores holders.

"As long as I am happy here I have no reason to leave. My happiness is what matters," the teenager stated to reporters during a press conference. "I will not leave in the next window. If it is up to me, I will stay at Santos for a long time yet."

Neymar also addressed the interest from the two Spanish giants, but admitted that he feared a move to Barcelona or Madrid could seriously affect his playing time.

"If you look at the Real Madrid team, or Barcelona's, they are all superstars. In neither of the two sides would I get many opportunities," he suggested.

Neymar and Santos could meet Barcelona in this year's Club World Cup, as both sides qualified for the global tournament as winner of their respective continental competitions.

yes im kind of against it,im not sure he will be a starter...I think Mou really likes Di Maria and will not be in favor of dropping him for neymar,even though i think Neymar is twice the player Di Maria is
