*If we don't get Cesc, we could splurge more here and try to get Martinez. The main principle here though is that the player needs to be able to play CB. That way, we can improve our depth in both positions without overloading our squad numbers and unsettling those who don't play.

**We don't really need Cesc because getting the others would complete our team IMO, and I don't expect this many players because Arsene hates signing too many at once, but if we can get all of the above for 100mil then we'd be unbelievably strong. However, some of my projected fees may be a bit low, so removing Cesc could definitely make getting the others more realistic.

Goalkeeper:

Willy Caballero for £7m and make Martinez 3rd choice

Defenders

For CB, I would buy Fabian Schär for £10m or Loic Perrin for £15m(he can play as a DM as well as a RB)

For RB, I would buy Hugo Mallo(Celta Vigo) for 12m or Mario(Villarreal) for 12m or Aurier for 15m. This is a difficult position to get a player for. I have always been a fan of Hugo Mallo and Mario was impressing last season. Aurier I don't know. Maybe? There is also an option for Łukasz Piszczek who is 29 and if Bellerin is as good as we think then the best option will be him.


From those 4, Hugo Mallo is the closest to Sagna as he is very good defensively but Piszczek is tempting too. But not sure he will leave

Midfielders

For DM, I would try to get Javi Martinez if he is available. If he isn't a regular at Bayern then we can surely tempt him somehow. Unlikely though. But if we do go for him then 35-40m might do it.

Back up options would be Schneiderlin for 15m, Fernando for £20m or Lars for £20m

Forwards

This is tricky. I don't think Arsene will get both a LF and a backup ST. He will get one of the two. If we are to get a wide forward than he best be someone who can score 15+ and if it's a striker than only Benzema or Cavani are good enough to improve us. Don't like mandzukic much while strikers like Balotelli will be a gamble. Talented gamble though.

Personally, I would buy a wide forward AND a young striker.
