Re: World Cup: Group D discussion
the amount of pressure and exposure on individual players (like Rooney, Sterling) of England is so pathetic, even German media is talking about it

2 players man, more like 1
The only decent players are Godin and Suarez.
Cavani is the worst "top" striker in the world.

Suarez is literally the only thing Uruguay have. Cavani is the biggest scrub in the world.

Re: World Cup: Group D discussion
Quite the balanced performance from Costa Rica, they looked like they had decent quality from goalkeeper to forwards. I'm not sure how much of that was uruguay making them look good, but Costa Rica will go without fear into the italy and England games now.
Anyway, the game I've been really waiting for is nearly here, come on, England!
The only proper midfielders Gerrard and Henderson, Roy must be drunk as hell! I'm excited and scared.

Re: World Cup: Group D discussion
That goal is due to Pirlo by default not bothering to make a challenge in midfield. Just let the guy who made the key pass (was it Sterling?) to Rooney walk past him.
