Actually it's been over

Really, I'm not sure how much we can blame this on Tata. I mean, I thought we had a good game, especially the 2nd half. We couldn't finish a lot of our chances for one and subbing out mascherano wouldn't have stopped that last goal from happening.

Masch had a bad game though, needs to leave this summer and actually play in midfield where he can possibly get away with some of the mistakes he makes

Well, season is over now.

I had no access to internet or tv and im glad i did not.

Only saw the first half, Barca actually created a lot. But the players have given up.

Its interesting to see many people needed yesterday's game to see the title hope is over:D .....I wish A.Madrid win it....In fact they should be thankful to us for defeating R.Madrid in our worse moments....  

I genuinely hope you guys bend over for Atlético in that last match.

will be calling Kerrison back from loan to play as a lone striker against atletico.

Atletico lost to levanter, RM drew against Valencia.

A win against Getafe would have put everything in our hands. But, the players didn't have faith, didn't give a *bleep* yesterday. The way we conceded the equalizer yesterday hurts so much now! *bleep* Lafita!!!!!

Yea, I agree. After today's events, this draw hurts A LOT. However, now there is still a sniff of hope. The league may be out of our hands to some extent, but if Madrid screws up even a little bit in all the away games they have, and we don't, then it will all be in our hands again.

Also, we should still try to beat atletico because if we come 2nd, we can at least play the supercup.

That defeat to Granada also.

Problem we wasted too much easy points in 2014.

Losing to Valencia, Valladolid & Granada. Yet, the draw vs Getafe at home is biggest surprise.

Only 1 pt of the 11 pts we wasted would have put everything in our hands! SAD!

BTW, if Valladolid on Wednesday OR Celta on Sunday get just a draw from RM & Atletico beats Malaga & Barca beats Elche next week (on Sunday).

2- Barca 88pts
3- RM 87pts

RM would be out of the race. We would play to win the game against Atletico at Camp Nou on 17-18 May to win the league (joint pts, but win on head to head v Atletico). If we lose or draw, league goes to Atletico.

Best scenario:

1- Real Madrid lose 2+ points against Valladolid on Wednesday or Celta on Sunday (1 draw is enough).
2- Barcelona wins against Elche and Atletico win/draw against Malaga on Sunday.

==> RM would be out of title race before Round 38, title between Barcelona and Atletico.

If RM gets 4 pts from Celta and Valladolid (1 win, 1 draw).

3.1 Barcelona wins against Elche and Atletico against Malaga.

Standing would be:
1- Atletico 91pts
2- Barca 88
3- RM 87

==> Real Madrid would be out of the title race. Barcelona would need to win against Atletico to win the League on head to head.

3.2 Barcelona wins against Elche and Malaga gets a draw from Atletico.

Standing would be:
1- Atletico 89pts
2- Barca 88
3- RM 87

==> Real Madrid would also be out of the title race ( even if they win against Espanyol, they'll have 90 pts. Won't be enough since if Barca wins or Atleti, one of them will still have more pts than RM. IF Atleti draws against Barca. Atleti will be joint with RM on 90 pts but Atleti wins the league thanks to head to head). Barcelona would win the league with a win against Atleti.

3.3 Barcelona wins against Elche and Atleti lose against Malaga.

Standing would be:
1- Atletico 88pts
2- Barca 88
3- RM 87

==> RM would win the league id they beat Espanyol and the game between Barca & Atleti ends with a draw.


To summarize everything, RM has to drop pts against Valladolid, Celta OR Espanyol fro Barcelona to have a chance to win the league by winning their last 2 game against Elche & Atletico. (the sooner RM drop pts the better).

Tough to see Madrid dropping points to those three really, but I didn't expect them to drop points against Valencia either, so anything is possible.

he has either become old or lazy because this has been way too constant.

or a bit careless??....i was heavily irritated when he posted a fun video in his hotel room via twitter just before Athletico game in CL 2nd leg......these people have got every medal and doubt they care anymore.....they fell no shame in defeat anymore.....no hunger, simply no hunger...unlike R.Madrid players who were struggling to get trophies in last few years and A.madrid player for whom every win is big...
