We won the previous league in January + Carletto has only like 3 league titles and has been coaching top teams since 1999. I think he will win the clasicos and go far in the CL, possibly getting to the final, but don't see him winning the league. Atletico will finish above them.

Madrileño's deserve all they want in taunting as some of the underestimation and disrespect to their manager and team was disappointing as winning with grace is just boring compared to what can be produced from the months of ridicule.

As for Ribery-Robben. Let's not get carried away as Ribery is still hands down the superior player.

Pace of Bale does not let the LB (Alaba) to venture forward hence Ribéry was always double teamed at positions where he could be dangerous. He had no space, you think Ronaldo or *bleep* Bale could do anything with a static team against a disciplined defence like that? Laughing
Bale was marking Alaba and Ribery was 1v1 vs Carvajal and he was anonymous. Nice try though

Sportczy of peace.

Carvajal didn't shut down Ribéry. It was Madrid shutting down Bayern.

Carvajal shut down Ribery when they two met in Bundesliga and the two CL game. Carvajal exposing Ribery for the scrub that he is

carvajal didn't expose shit really .

Agree, marking Ribery out of the game isn't really an accomplishment atm.

Doesn't matter right now.

Those guys ran their mouths ALL season long slating, nit-picking and bashing this team. Saying that all they do is choke.

I am on your side Izzy.

People are quick to jump the gun and talking crap, at the first sign of a bad game, but it's always good that great teams come back and make them eat their words, as Real have done today.

What a beautiful team. Hope they lift it in Lisbon next month. Haters gonna hate.

I agree that Robben is objectively better than Ribery- when he is in form, he truly belongs in the list Ronaldo-Messi-Suarez-Zlatan. Ribery does not.

I would argue that Suarez might be the best from the list in sheer ability, but who am I.

He is one of the few who can carry a team on his own like that. Ronaldo, Zlatan and to an extent Messi can too. Robben is a force beyond reckoning on a good day. Ribery? Not so much.
