English: I don't think Conte or Di Francesco are the right names for the future of Milan. On Mihajlovc we'll see how he finishes the season. Conte is a top coach, but in this moment I can't say a definitive word since we are in the middle of a decisive situation.

He called Donadoni before hiring Sinisa to discuss how he would manage the team, and didn't like what he had in mind (details unknown). He then sat down with Sinisa (he had been using 4-3-1-2 with Samp) and immediately hired him. 1st half of the season, it was clear it wasn't working, he switched to 4-3-3, Silvio lambasted him. He switched to 4-4-2, Silvio lowkey disses him every other week.
