This is what they had to say in July 2013, when Celtic player Bangura was on loan with Elfsborg. When the issue of his availability came up, uefa had the following to say

"As we, in line with the FIFA regulations on status and transfer of players, consider a loan to be a transfer, we do not have any regulations regarding players not playing against their parent club whilst on loan to another club. If a player is duly registered on the player list of IF Elfsborg then he can play against any team that Elfsborg are drawn against."

   "Any agreement between the two clubs that this player wouldn’t play against Celtic should Elfsborg be drawn against them is purely between the clubs. UEFA would not have any involvement or consideration of this agreement, it would be neither endorsed or enforceable by UEFA."

Nay I am a Chelsea fan in this CL for Mourinho , but if Atletico knocks out them then I hope in Atletico winner against Real / Bayern.

anyway ... I don ' t agree with who says it will be a boring match  . I can image a match very balanced, my 2 favourite coaches will prepare it tactically perfectly and I can't wait to see who will prevail.
Never thought are the goals to determinate the beauty of match . Atletico - Barca 0-0 was by a mile better than the last Clasico for me.
And yes, I can image a similar matter to Atl-Barca played in Liga.

Chelsea couldnt wish for a worse opponent.

I know everyone wanted Real Madrid but looks like lucky germans will welcome one of these two teams in the final.

I hope Atletico wins and inspire some other lesser teams to go for it next time. (*cough* Mr Wenger play some motivation film before games ffs).
