Would you say anything we've played this season can be considered 'proactive'?
Winning football is good football. As long as he's winning, the board and owner won't give 2 tosses how 'pretty' we're playing. It's a massive farce.

I've always said, while Mourinho is here, I don't care how we win, as long as we win, he is welcome at Chelsea.

You didn't know that from his games against us?
We have so much speed on our wings. Him and Hazard are speed demons and Willian and Schurrle are both very quick.

I know I don't understand why people keep beards. When Henry came back to Arsenal he too came with an ugly beard. Arsenal fans didn't like it when I said he should shave it.

The Rocket
From my youtube observations this guy seems to be a perfect fit for the aging Mata.
He has the vision of Alonso, the agility of Ronaldo, the work-rate of Di Maria, the dribbling skills of 0.5 x Messi or 0.75 x Hazard, the speed of Bale and the shooting skills of 0.45 x Kaka.
I don't know why Chelsea fans are still crying over the remains of Mata. Mata is good but he's just not that good for the current Chelsea project. I think Mourinho did good with signing the rocket. what about you?

You forgot most importantly, he has 10 x the will of Mata of being a bench player

I know, he's aging.
also, what most people will not be aware of is that not only Salah triumphs over mata in terms of skills but he will completely shut him down if they play against each other. This guy Salah can be like your shadow. He can be a pain.
So no I am not worried that Mata will face Chelsea next season or even this season. Mourinho is trying to turn Chelsea into a coherent unit; an impenetrable fortress and not just a one player's haven for his individual records. Look at Real Madrid, they are as good as they are because of Mourinho. If it weren't for Iker Casillas, they would've won it all last season; won it all.

They can make any player look good on youtube, its not a reliable scouting source.

you need good bench players and good depth. The players who deserve will be selected so lets wait and see.
We made good profit on the Mata deal. Wenger would be proud.

I understand, but I know when I see something good. There are certain skills and traits, reactions, and behaviors in certain scenarios that will tell you a lot about the breed of the player and his football intelligence. I am not saying he's a messi or a Ronaldo. But he is skilled and he will serve mourinho's empire well.

Re: Mohamed Salah
Fam this lad is a speed demon, my God! Incredible burst of acceleration. Also really good close control and can pull himself out of tight situations. Very very welcome signing. I don't see why people are comparing him to Moses and Marin. He's better than those two put together twice.
He'll do a decent job for the team. Kalou-esque in the sense that he'll be an impact sub an also start some matches if need be.
Welcome, Momo.
