It's true it's very seldom used, but it really should be where it is. Having it in the regular section means it will slowly get pushed back several pages and no new member is going to search for such a thing, as Kick said. Needs to stay stickied, for me.

Not as far as I have seen. So I would say no.

I doubt even the Admins can see them but I am not 100% sure on that.
