TBH I would prefer to see Alex more than Luiz. Luiz is prone to make one or two mistakes here and there. One more season or maybe half a season would be enough for him to get his mistakes corrected, or minimised to be realistic.

John Obi Mikel and Salomon Kalou have failed to consistently impress. The club must now decide if they are to get one last chance to prove their worth, or if it's time to say goodbye. Daniel Sturridge had an outstanding loan spell at Bolton, and deserves a chance to establish himself at Stamford Bridge.

I think Kalou should definitely leave. I just cant stress this enough. He is what? 26? He is at the prime of his career, he has more than enough skills for a midtable club. Go to QPR where they will be able to match the wages as well. He wouldn't benefit at Chelsea and the club wont get anything from him either.
