There was some more foreshadowing on that shot you might have missed.

Re: The Walking Dead II
wow the priest......... what an absolute piece of shit. leaves his parishioners to die outside and have the balls to say rick's group is evil, specially since they protected him. Hope he goes next
Also that runner bloke.... biggest fking pussy. Whole town are a bunch of pussies who leaves others to die
Hopefully Glenn bashes the guy's head in infront of the town to make an example out of him

The Welbz death scene was the most gruesome I've ever seen in this show.
Looked like the scene from Total Recall where Schwarzy's eyes and tongue are all swollen and bulging out of his head.

Re: The Walking Dead II
Although what Gabriel said makes him a hypocrite, he's 100% right. Deanna made a huge mistake in allowing this group in, I mean they are already slowly taking over, many are now in high positions - Abraham being the latest addition as the leader of the construction team.
I knew Noah was going to bite the dust soon since he's got a major role in a new TV series and Morgan will soon join the group anyway. However it was one of the most gruesome deaths yet. Glenn is going to be *bleep* up after witnessing that death.
No Michonne/Daryl but atleast other 'lesser' characters got some much deserved screentime. Bring the next episode

That was one brutal death. Just knew someone wasn't going to make it out of those revolving doors. My money was on the scrub Alexandrian, but I'm sure he'll get his comeuppance soon enough.

Re: The Walking Dead II
I am pissed off they killed off Noah. Pissed
Should have seen it coming when they decided to give him that sentimental scene at the beginning. Talking about how he was in it for the "long haul".
This show needs to get rid of some of the characters thats been in it from season 1, who have become stale and stagnant. Evolve by centering the show around new characters like Noah. Why not kill off Glen instead.
Screw this show.

Re: The Walking Dead II
I actually like what they're doing to Glenn now and I'm interested in seeing where it goes.
Although character death sometimes just devastates others and spurs them on to act recklessly and die themselves.
But after his reaction to Noah's death I have a new(old but now revived)found attachment to Glenn. Feel like he's about to go HAM in Alexandria if Deanna blames him for Aiden's death.
It's going to be a sweet finale imo.

Re: The Walking Dead II
I guess I'm hard to please when I think there was too little happening in the previous two episodes before this one and too much happening in this latest one x)
It was just packed with dramatic action on all fronts. Abraham taking over the construction team and Deanna being weary about it, the priest speaking against the group, Pete beating his wife and therefore becoming Rick's enemy number one, the two Alex'rian dudes messing up and costing Noah's life and Aiden's, too, who is also Deanna's son (and we'll see about Tara)... So many big things happened in this episode that it was a bit much, felt a little forced to me to escalate it all like that in just one episode.

:proud:Cause a war, Alexandria arc wrapped up within 4 episodes, season finale all about Morgan's return
Anyway, great episode. Father Gabriel dropped a big bomb. Didn't think things would escalate this quickly, but yeah it's good that they're not wasting time with unnecessary drama. Next episode will definitely be interesting. Think Tara will survive. Eugene finally showing some balls
Carol telling Rick this only ends one way
The group will still have the upper hand over Deanna and the Alexandria people as Maggie overheard it all. But yeah Gabriel is a pos.
Noah tho
What a horrible death.
That "This is the beginning" shot love that little stuff and symbolism that the show throws in.
Agree with person above that said Glenn is turning into a badass again. The one that said Glenn should get killed off GTFO

I could have used with less gore, or Glenn compassionately headshotting Aiden and Sacrificial Black Guy #12

Noah's death was surprising. I too thought he was in for the long haul considering Beth sacrificed her life for him. He was good character. That was one gory death.
And Gabriel What a *bleep* hypocrite

Re: The Walking Dead II
Wow.
What a beast of an episode. I can't believe I delayed it till now.
This episode for me was one of the best in Walking dead's history. That warehouse scene was amazing. So well directed. Glenn was unreal.
Rip Noah. Knew he would die at some point but didn't expect it to be this early. Agreed with everyone that his death was really gory.
One of the things I really like about this season is the sound mix. Feels like a movie at times and every scene has the perfect audio to it lol.
Abraham was badass as he should be. Needs more screen time to do what he does best. A natural leader of men.
Father Gabriel while is being a snitch, thought everything he said was half or most right. He is still pissed about that church scene lol. His dialogues were so so good. And then when Dianna finds out that her son died. She is obviously going to blame Glenn.
That Carol and Rick scene at the end
Rick's eyes when he heard that Pete was hitting Jessie. That Rage was unreal. Great great acting. Carol "You need to kill him" and Rick murdering pete in his vision already.
That episode was really perfection from the first minute till last IMO.
This actually gives a great idea of how they are going to play "all out war" arc of the comics. It is going to be one heck of a season finale.
9.5/10 ep

I watched the last 4 episodes pretty much in a row so that's why for me it was fine, 2 calm episodes and I knew something was coming lol

Re: The Walking Dead II
Jesus, Rick lets all that authority get to his head. I'm pumped for the Trial of Rick Grimes (and what looks like it will end in exile). Goes from talking about the virtues of keeping windows intact to throwing a man through a window
Rick to Shane transformation complete now that he has tried to kill someone to steal his wife, while also attempting to take control of the group.
Also, Jesse will be the real victim if Rick is exiled as I can't imagine the beatings will get any better after this incident.

Re: The Walking Dead II
Yesssss!!!
I was waiting for someone to knock down Rick and it comes from Michonne(!) of all people finally. Rick is just mentally unhinged at this point.
Intrigued about the walkers with the W on their foreheads, I imagine the people who did these will come into play next week because this is going for some time. And the women tied up the tree was killed alive if I understood correctly, they must be really fck'd up.

Re: The Walking Dead II
Yeah Sascha too, in fact the whole group seems to go through in some kind of post traumatic stress disorder and Alexandria Safe Zone is really exposing this.
As for Rick, man just doesn't seem able to solve a situation without using guns anymore. I feel sorry for what he's become.

Re: The Walking Dead II
Rick went full Shane. Reminded me of this.
Rick was right but he came of as a psychopath with blood on his face and pointing a pistol at everyone If Michonne did not knock him out he would probably get exiled or just start shooting everyone there and then. Rick himself said that the windows keep the society intact and he breaks it himself

RICK
How can you guys not like this Rick
He went crazy ffs, I'm shaking now my body wasnt ready.
Was I the only one who for a second there thought Michonne was going to put a bullet through Rick's head, or has GoT just twisted my head that much?? FFS it was going just like the Oberyn episode there for a while. Rick on a tremendous high and then BAAAAAAM Rick gets knocked down.
One of the best episodes this show has ever produced, just know RG is going to love. Watch as he comes out and says this is the best episode ever.
breathe
breathe
ahhhhh that was soooooo good. Can't wait for the finale.
Could it be Morgan who is doing the W's on the walkers' foreheads
